Planning a Japan trip can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! I provide custom, tailor-made itineraries for any Japan trip, filled with local recommendations from people who have actually been there. All itineraries are informed by my own experience travelling and living in Japan, with input from local guides in my network to make sure that our information is always up to date for any city you want to visit.

How it works

Getting your custom itinerary started!

Step 1

After contacting me through the below form, I will reach out to learn a little bit more about what you are looking for in an itinerary. I will first send a quick quiz to get a better idea of your interests and travel style, and then we can confirm the information either by email or a 20 minute call to make sure we are on the same page.

Step 2

After receiving a deposit (50% of the itinerary fee), I will create the initial outline of your itinerary for approval. This will include the general locations, reasons for choosing each spot, as well as the length of time to stay. If at this stage you identify any days where you would like to see multiple versions, this can be added at this time.

Step 3

After the itinerary outline is approved, I will design the full itinerary with detailed information and recommendations for each day in each location.

Step 4

1 round of questions and revisions are included in the standard itinerary package. So after receiving the full itinerary, the guest is able to review and ask any questions they may have. Basic revisions may also be requested (note that basic revisions do not include re-designing a whole day to a new location, but could include things such as a different restaurant recommendation, or an alternative activity if the recommended option isn't to your liking).
